(Summary description)Whether the brake system is fault-free or not directly determines our life safety. Its performance cannot be determined because the production design has been fixed. We must ensure that it can operate normally without failure. So what are the faults that the brake system often causes? What are the symptoms when you brake?

Whether the brake system is fault-free or not directly determines our life safety. Its performance cannot be determined because the production design has been fixed. We must ensure that it can operate normally without failure. So what are the faults that the brake system often causes? What are the symptoms when you brake?

1. The brakes are shaking. The brakes are shaking because the brake discs are not flat. You need to re-level the brake discs on the lathe. If the brake discs are worn out, you need to replace the brake discs.

2. The brakes are off. The brake is biased because the braking force of the left and right wheels is different when braking. Generally, there is a problem with the brake cylinder of a certain wheel. If the card is stuck or returned badly, the brake cylinder needs to be replaced.

3. The brakes have abnormal noise. The common one is the squeaking. First check if the brake pad is ground to the alarm piece. If it is ground to the alarm piece, the brake pad needs to be replaced. If it is not worn, generally the brake pads have hard spots, or dust and sand are added between the discs and the sheets. It is necessary to remove the brake pads and sand them with sandpaper.

4. The brakes are soft. Brake soft first check if the brake oil is missing. If it is missing, find out if there is any leak. Secondly, consider the brake oil deterioration, excessive water absorption, etc., need to replace the brake oil.

5. The brakes are hard and can't step on. Because there is a vacuum booster bag to provide power when braking, we don't need a lot of effort to step on the brakes. If the vacuum booster bag is damaged, or the vacuum tube connected to the booster bag is detached, it will cause no power, which will cause the brake to be hard. Check if the vacuum tube is off and check the power bag problem.

6. The hand brake light on the meter is always on. After the handbrake is lowered, the handbrake light is still on, which is mostly caused by less brake oil. Check the brake pads first. After the brake pads are thinned, the brake cylinder followers move outwards, so the oil stored in the cylinders increases and the oil in the oil tanks decreases. If there is no problem with the brake pads, check for leaks.

Finally, there is a problem with the brake system that cannot be delayed. It is necessary to check the repair immediately. Once the braking force is reduced or the brake is not working, the consequences should not be underestimated. Brake pads and brake fluid are necessary inspection items for each maintenance, and problems are found and resolved in time.
